How Do Parents Play A Part In Children Motivation

In recent years, children are getting easily distracted from different activities such as shopping and online gaming. They appear to lack the sense of self-efficacy that they need to become accepted as leaders for tomorrow. Many experts in various fields have agreed that less children and, especially, youth, actually have an obvious direction in what they intend to do for the rest of their life. It's not just worrying -- it's literally appalling Ask any college undergrad what they intend to achieve in their life, and infuriating answers ensue. I believe the best ways to begin encouraging children would have to start with parents' capabilities of leadership. In other words, emphasize skills for parents! Learn to communicate effectively with your kids, and build a support network in positive and effective ways. For us to help our children develop high EQ, we can encourage them to develop independent thinking, even if they encounter failure in the world out there and are forced to discover painful lessons in life.
